During this 50-minute visit, we will meet with you to obtain information regarding your health history, current concerns, wellness goals, as well as your diet and lifestyle. We may gather extra information on this visit including observations of the nails, tongue, skin, and iris. The next steps will be discussed based on the needs discovered.

Continuing Visit Naturopathic Consultation

After your first visit, we will be ready to talk about your achievements. These may include the opportunities you had to modify your lifestyle to be the best ‘you,’ discussing the personal goals you set that didn’t go as planned, or to give testimony to the wonderful changes you have experienced. This 50-minute consultation is meant to gather any extra information we can help you with as well as to encourage and support you on your health journey.
